Delivery Coverage

We currently serve customers across Nigeria, with primary operations in multiple states through our distribution and service network.

Processing Time

• Standard orders: 1–3 business days.
• Custom colour orders: 3–7 business days.
• Large commercial projects: timelines communicated upon confirmation.

Delivery Time

Delivery schedules depend on destination, weather conditions, logistics availability, and order volume.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.
• Inspect products upon arrival and report issues promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers should notify Propelling Vision Limited within 48 hours of delivery if items are missing or damaged.

Get a Painter Services

Painting service appointments are scheduled separately and confirmed directly with customers before project commencement.
